We love all of our customers and work tirelessly to ensure that we are providing you top quality along with a luxurious experience when shopping with us.

Thanks for shopping Zion Organic Essentials! All of our orders are processed and shipped with in 3-5 business days after purchasing. Delays may occur due to the COVID 19 Pandemic. Once you package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you in your email (please check your spam or junk mail, if you do not receive the confirmation email to your inbox). Please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

When placing your order with us, please be sure to enter your full correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. If you need to update your shipping address, email zionorganicessentials@gmail.com immediately. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact UPS to update your shipping address and/or reroute the order package if needed.
